Assistant to the Executive Director

This is a full time position. College degree preferred. Must have a heart for our senior population. Management and organizational skills a must, working knowledge of bookkeeping. Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of QuickBooks, Google Drive, and graphic programs i.e. InDesign, Publisher, Microsoft Word. 

Responsible for managing  senior chore reimbursement program, coordinating/scheduling facility maintenance, creating  & publishing monthly newsletter.

Senior Nutrition Coordinator

This is a full time position. Position requires management of the overall Senior Nutrition program in Manistee County.  Must ensure compliance with all requirements and standards of the program.  

Experience working with the public is preferred. Must have a client focus, and a concern for the wellbeing of recipients. Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills with clients, families,

staff and volunteers is important. 

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required. Must be computer literate, possess composure in emergency situations and be a team member.

Part-Time Meal Transporter

This is a part time position providing home delivered meals to Senior Nutrition clients.  Position requires the pickup and delivery of meals to clients, occasional delivery of bulk meals to specific coverage locations. Also offering brief companionship and safety check of program clients. 

Must have a heart for the senior population, have reliable transportation, be able to maintain confidentiality.
